This archive was created to expose the corruption, bias, racism, favorism, hypocracy, and contradictions in the Colorado Judicial System. The curator, Abe, will take you on a journey through his perspective from his birth in 1975 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to him and his families treacherous escape from war to Khartoum, Sudan; then to their journey to America as political refugees. Also, his life until his incarceration in 1998 at the age of 23.

The Denver District Attorney Office will be examined. This is an office whose racial makeup has always been over 80% white. Their past and present practices will be demonstrated. Their racial practices will be highlighted from how they treat minorities especially blacks. Also, how the race of the victim is determinative on how the defendant will be prosecuted, as whites having a higher value.

Relevant case laws and law journals will give an insight on how the Colorado Judicial System operates. This will show their inconsistency, their bias, political rulings, and selective application of The Constitution.

The Denver district Attorney office media correlation will demonstrate how they coordinate false stories to prejudice defendants, especially Abe before, during, and after his trial, while portraying whites in positive imagery.

Denver District Attorney Beth McCann will be exposed. From how she became a professional politician promising reform and change, to proclaim and challenge systematic racism, but not doing much aside from giving numerous speeches, conducting studies, and taking photo ops. Also, how she hired Robert Russell as a Senior Chief Deputy Director DA, a man whose career spanned working for the United States Attorney’s Office, Colorado Attorney General’s Office, a Judge on The Colorado Court of Appeals denying people their most basic constitutional rights.

The tangled web of corruption and misconduct ranging from racism, bribery and allegations of sexual misconduct among the Colorado Judicial System will be illustrated. Also, how judges, practically all white men protect and insulate each other from disciplinary action.

Abe’s motions and appeal briefs will be available to illustrate all the numerous constitutional violations that have occurred in his cases, but disregarded and ignored by corrupt judges.

The states witness’s and their plea deals will be available for review. The extra length The State went to intimidate and threaten co-defendants to testify against Abe and the extraordinary plea deals and the treatment they received.

The court opinions and decisions from Abe’s appeals will be available to illustrate to the public how corrupt judges have bent over backwards to uphold Abe’s illegal convictions. Their refusal to apply The Constitution will be also be highlighted.
